Prohibition of Side Deals
Country Admin and Agent are strictly prohibited from engaging in any side deals or financial agreements outside the platform. All transactions must occur exclusively through the system and be fully documented.
No Abuse of Position for Personal Gain
Using administrative privileges for personal benefit, directly or indirectly, is strictly prohibited. This includes modifying or prioritizing listings or granting special advantages to any party.
Respect for Customers
Country Admin and Agent must treat all users with full respect, without discrimination or misconduct, and maintain a professional attitude that ensures service quality.
Transparency and Integrity
All operations must be conducted with transparency. Concealing information, providing misleading data, or manipulating reports or statistics is strictly forbidden.
Data Protection
All accessed data is considered confidential and must not be shared or used outside the platform. Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal consequences.
Scope of Authority
The Country Admin operates only within their assigned country, while the Agent operates only within their assigned city or region. Exceeding geographic or administrative boundaries is prohibited.
Account Creation
The account is created strictly within the user's assigned country and city. The username is auto‑generated according to the main system rules and cannot be changed after approval.
Compliance with Local Laws
Both parties must comply with the local laws of their operating country and must not publish or manage any content that violates public regulations.
Penalties
If any clause of this agreement is violated, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account, revoke privileges, or take legal action.
Acceptance
By clicking 'I Agree', the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms without any conditions.
Agent Compensation and Tax Obligations
The Agent receives payment directly from the user requesting services such as creating a listing, photographing a property, vehicle, or any service provided by the platform. The Agent is personally responsible for all taxes and financial obligations required by the tax laws of their respective country. The platform bears no responsibility for any tax-related obligations of the Agent.
