The Ashtar Platform Management is committed to respecting the status, reputation, and dignity of ministries, government institutions, public authorities, municipalities, directorates, official agencies, and all entities operating under a state, emirate, or public administration. To prevent fraud, impersonation, and the unauthorized use of government names and identities, the platform has adopted a dedicated verification policy for government and public-sector accounts.

Government Registration Requirements

When creating a government account for the first time for the purpose of:

  • Publishing official announcements.
  • Publishing public tenders.
  • Advertising government projects and investment opportunities.
  • Publishing government job vacancies.
  • Or using any service of the platform under the name of a government entity.

The applicant must upload an official document that includes:

  • The name of the government entity.
  • The signature of an authorized official.
  • The official seal or stamp of the institution (where applicable).
  • An authorization or official approval to use the Ashtar Platform.

The document must be issued directly by the government entity or by a legally authorized representative acting on its behalf.

Purpose of Verification

This verification process is intended to:

  • Protect the names and identities of government institutions from impersonation.
  • Prevent the publication of fraudulent announcements or fake tenders.
  • Protect citizens, businesses, and investors from deception and scams.
  • Strengthen trust and credibility in the content published on the platform.
  • Ensure that all government-related announcements and tenders originate from officially authorized entities.

Review and Verification Rights

The Ashtar Platform Management reserves the right to review and verify all submitted documents before activating a government account or granting publishing privileges.

The platform also reserves the right to suspend, reject, or permanently remove any account that uses the name of a government entity, ministry, authority, directorate, municipality, or public institution without proper authorization or supporting documentation.

Respect and Appreciation

This requirement is not intended to complicate the registration process. Its sole purpose is to protect the reputation and institutional integrity of government entities, enhance transparency, and provide a secure and trustworthy environment for all platform users.

The Ashtar Platform extends its highest respect and appreciation to all government institutions, public authorities, and official organizations.
