Chat Policy

The platform provides an internal chat system designed to enable safe, controlled communication between users while preserving everyone's privacy. By using the chat system, you agree to the following:
1. Chat Privacy
- All chats happen inside the platform only
- No user can see another user's conversations
- Chat content is never shared with any third party
- No employee or admin can view chats except under an official court order
- Chats are encrypted and stored to industry data-protection standards
2. Retention
Chats are retained for one year (12 months) from the last message. After that the conversation is automatically and permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
3. Allowed & Prohibited Use
The following are not allowed inside chats:
- Sending phone numbers, emails, or any external contact info
- External links or fraudulent content
- Political, inflammatory, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempting to collect user data or exploit users
The system automatically filters phone numbers, emails, links, and prohibited keywords.
4. Reporting & Blocking
You can report any violating conversation. The platform may take appropriate action including suspending or banning the account.
5. Responsibility
You are responsible for any content you send. The platform is not responsible for any dealings that happen outside the in-app chat.
